As our flatemates are moving overseas, we are looking for a couple or a single person for their room. The room as a beautifull view on the city and is fully furnished with a double bed, build-in wardrobe, and others basics furnitures.
Regarding the flat, you will only share your shower with a lovely and clean german couple as they have their own little bathroom and toilet. It means that it is almost your bathroom.
The shared space are pretty large and will permit you to chilled on the coach, watch the TV, play PS2 or WII..
There is also a gym and a pool located in the building.
The rent is $350 a week.
The bond is $800 (when you move in)
