3 PEOPLE SHARE IN MASTER ROOM
LOOKING FOR 3 PEOPLE WHO CAN MOVE IN TOGETHER
This three bedroom apartment offer you one master bedroom
This apartment has everything you need - all kitchen equipment, dryer, washing machine, fridge, large balcony etc - Just need to bring your suitcase to move in !!
It is very clean and well organised sharing apartment and all 4 sharemates are really friendly and clean, keep the house rule strictly.
The room has double sized bed, single mattress including bedding, dressroom and OWN TOILET and fantastic view of docklands harbour.
$140 per person (Price is not negotiable)
Including all bills - gas, electricity, water and unlimited wireless internet + access to pool and gym in apartment.
Bond fee is 2 weeks rent fee $840 (for 3 people)
4 weeks rent fee ($1680) requires in advance when you move in
Covered parking spot in apartment is also available with $150 for 4 weeks.
