this apartment is new n located near harbour town n costco. it has nice view, library n jym.
and close to tramstop.(just 1minute) n there are city circles as well.
there are many kind of country people leaving. these guys are very kind n tidy
bond is $300
the room is available from 27th Sep
and all bills are included in rent fee
